First chocolate and first bike

It's been a few weeks since we got new pictures up here! We were dealing lots of sickness of different kinds for quite a while. But we were all feeling better by Easter weekend, so Taylor was treated to his first chocolate candy. Here he is digging into a mini KitKat bar and a chocolate lollipop - he loved it!
Easter Sunday turned into a long day for Taylor because his schedule got so messed up. As the evening wore on he was getting restless, so we pulled out a special toy we've been hiding for a while. Nanna (Jon's mom) gave Taylor a 3-wheel tough bike for Christmas. It's still too big for his legs so we were saving it for the summer, but decided to break it out on Sunday. He had a lot of fun helping Daddy build it! :
He sat on it after it was all built, but was a little distracted by Wheel of Fortune (his all-time favorite show):

Ahhh yes! CHOCOLATE! The look says it all! Dreamy, huh? The three wheeler looks so fun too! He'll most likely use his legs on the floor forever anyway . . . that's how I used to do it . . . it's faster that way! =) Glad you are all feeling better!

It will be interesting to see how long it takes him to start riding it by himself. Glad he had an Easter surprise. Nanna

too cute! Wow! Two pieces of chocolate, Rebekah starts going into high energy mode if she has maybe two little bite! One time I gave her half a dark chocolate MnM and that was all it took. :)
Cool bike!
